Tax Deductibility
ESB AI Lab Corporation has applied for recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The application is currently pending. Once approved, contributions will be tax-deductible retroactive to the date of incorporation (April 22, 2026).
